Awesome

It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The restaurant cooked the fish we caught one day. I thought the food was good. The room was really nice. Amazing bathroom and comfy bed. You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks below.

We had rusty water come out of the faucet for the outside tub. It was probably because nobody has been using the room for a while. It was difficult to get a grab or taxi. Both probably from the lack of tourist in the area because of covid.

Big room cleaned daily, 2 infinity pools, transportation service around the hotel

room on the other side of a busy road. location far from karon bech and patong bech cannot be reached on foot. free hotel transport to the beach only once a day and in one direction.

Lovely Staff, Rooms. Amazing dinner and great sunsets.

Amazing hotel, we got a free upgrade to a sunset room which was very big and clean. The golf cart took us to and from the room to the restaurant and reception and high up. The views where lovely and the breakfast was good with loads of choice. However the restaurant on the left of reception has the most amazing dinner menu. The staff where all very friendly and helpful so well done to you all.

The location is nice but high up from the local town so could do with a little local shop near the hotel, like a 7 eleven.

Beautiful view but very expensive and not worth it.

The only advantage of the hotel is that it is overlooking the whole karon beach from a high level and it has some nice landscape in it.

The price was very exaggerated compared to the quality of the hotel. I paid around 8500 bht for 1 night after dscount but honestly, after i stayed in it, i wouldn't pay more than 1500 bht a night. The hotel is old and the room is very basic. Nothing so special about it other than a very nice picture from a high level on the cliff.

Beautiful view (sea view villa) and very nice breakfast and restaurant, really enjoyable morning meal, staff were friendly

The place is difficult to reach, there is only one time shuttle bus to Karon or Patong, so if you Dont drive motorcycles you will be in trouble, the rooms wasnt clean, mattress and bedsheets were very dirty, many stains , old furniture

Great food, great views. Enjoyed our stay into the new year.

Food did not disappoint. Great flavours from every meal we had at the restaurant. Cocktails were great. New Years eve was entertaining and great view of Karon beach fireworks

The main road is really busy if you are staying in rooms on the cliff side opposite the rest of the resort (reception, restaurant). The food in the restaurant was slow but worth the wait, great flavours.

Good view and okay breakfast buffet

We originally were put in a room which was smaller and not what we paid for therefore had to return down to reception to get it changed. Were then placed in another room which was only slightly better. There were no pictures of the rooms on the booking site and what we received was not as nice as what we expected (the rooms on the booking site are of the much more expensive room therefore you have no clue what you are getting). Air con wasn’t the best and the shower remained cold and sometimes shut off mid shower. Room service and restaurant very expensive. Awkward location as you need to get a taxi to go anywhere as there is nothing close to the hotel and nothing in walking distance. Ended up spending loads of money on transport.

We had to paid them money, because one pillow was a little bit with haircolor, and it was possible to wash it, but they didnt't want to accept that, that was our first time when hotel wants payment for that kind of thing, it was very wierd. The beach is so far, always need to use taxi.

Location was nice but far from everything had to get transport anywhere you wanted to go which ended up costing. Rooms where so hot all day even with air-con on because the sun flared straight in rooms.

Happy Trip!!

I like the staff service, the 24/7 buggy service which was very efficient. Great view! Great staff!

Maybe there are too many trees and block the view from the villas....

Relaxing, great views with sunset. Breakfast was good. Clean and great value for money.

Steep ascent to room, although a cart was available most of the time, it wasn't always. Crossing the busy road. Maybe because we're in our 60's. Wouldn't have phased us if we were a bit younger.

Tin-Tin at reception is very nice and helpfull, always with a smile, thx!!

At breakfast and pool there is some background music, BUT some selfish tourists look loudly to tiktok, insta, FB, movies, music, put on tablet for their kids with loud animation...????‍️ The staff should tell to turn off the speaker of mobiles or tablets!! Or put some stickers! Earphones would be a good invention!! ????‍️ The very busy main road separates the resort in two.
